Fill your basket

• Browse the categories or search by keyword to find items.
• Click the product image or title for detailed information.
• Adjust quantities using + and -.
• Click 'Add' to place items into your basket.
• Click view basket to change quantities or remove items.

Book a delivery

• Click Delivery. Register/Login if you haven't already done so.
• Reserve a delivery slot from those available.
• Your delivery slot is now reserved for two hours.

Checkout

• Proceed to Checkout and enter your payment card details.
• Use the comments box for any delivery instructions.
• Click 'place order' and enter your 3D Secure password.
• We will confirm your order on screen and by email.
• Money for your order is not taken until the date of your delivery.

Favourites

• To make your next shop quicker, products that you have previously ordered
  appear under 'Previously Ordered' and 'Last Order' in your account.

Card security

• Your payment card details are stored with Sage Pay. We don't see them at any time.
