Good morning Bertie's Wood Fuel, we have just received delivery from you, thank you. I felt I should just drop you a quick line to say how charming and efficient your driver was. He even refused a cup of tea as said he would be too quick to drink it....and he was.
Was shocked the logs were actually still warm, he explained they were fresh out the kilns. He was also promoting your company and telling me of the stacking service etc.
Sorry I didn't ask his name but he's a credit to your company.

I just wanted to thank you for my delivery today. The logs look great. But the reason I wanted to get in touch was to say how great the delivery person was. As it was my first order, I was a bit concerned about where the logs would be left. So many companies are unhelpful when it comes to taking things onto your property and to where you want them. Your delivery person was so, so helpful, helping me with my temperamental garage door and moving stuff out the way so that the logs would fit in. He was great.

Hi guys,
I'm a very happy man tonight. We installed our stove in Dec and had to wait till today to take delivery of our first load of kiln dried logs.
Until today I had been wondering why I had to work so hard to get the fire going and keep the fire going also we were going through stacks of wood. I now know what I suspected to be true was right.
Damp wood bought locally (some of it advertised as seasoned yet 40%+) was causing me to pile on loads of kindling and leave primary, secondary and the riddling grate open initially just to get the fire going.
Today's fire was a breeze and I have been able to close it right down and it's still going strong.

The stove is back in favour and we know where the rest of our logs will be coming from.
